Product Designer Job Description: The Product Designer is responsible for leading the product design strategies and execution regarding color and material initiatives (including cost, complexity and feasibility). This person combines analytical and creative skills with a business oriented mindset.

The Product Designer manages and leads product development projects by identifying materials and styles that convey the spirit of our brand and meet the needs of our customers. The Product Designer is therefore responsible for analysis of the competitive landscape, emerging trends and technologies.

The Designer creates product style guides to effectively communicate Racemark’s product offerings.

Reports to the President.

Material Development Expert Job Description: The Material Development Expert is responsible for the coordination and management of material development for the creation of new products and the optimization of existing products.

This role works very closely with our suppliers, our customers and our internal departments to realize customer expectations, meet industry standards and drive innovation.  The goal is to support the creation of new products from conception to market for both high end, special editions and for series production.

Reports to the Vice President of Sales.
