Renault Design is a key actor of the success of all Renault, Dacia and Samsung cars sold throughout the World. The 500 women and men, representing 30 different nationalities, design the cars of the future.
The automotive world is presently living its digital revolution with the advent of the connected car. Today, the design of Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) is the core business of cockpit designing. The advent of autonomous cars as well as commands as means to control and interface with the vehicle offer new fields of exploration in terms of creativity for the objects which enable us to communicate with the car.
You join our team of interior & interior component designers within our Design Studio at the Technocentre, in Guyancourt.
You design the interior space and interior components of the vehicles in the Groupe Renault range : dashboards, seats, steering wheels, clusters, gearshifts, switches, consoles, etc…

You draw and develop your ideas in digital media using the latest hardware and softwares.
You illustrate your ideas in 3D, using mock-ups, with the help of the digital modelers (Alias) and the latest 3D printing technologies.
As part of your mission, you work in connection with other vehicle designers and ergonomists.
This position allows you to design new spaces, new functionalities and innovative control switches which will be essential in the transformation of the future vehicles and the building of the Groupe Renault strategy. You work on the entire range of projects and brands.
You have a Master Degree in transportation or product design.
You have a good sketching level.
You have a good design knowledge.
You are able to visualise concepts.
You master softwares which enable you to represent your ideas : Photoshop, Illustrator, etc…
You have knowledge of Alias software.

A good car design culture is a bonus.
You appreciate team work and your relational skills enable you to work with your colleagues.
You are open minded.
You show good adaption skills and are able to challenge yourself.
You can take into consideration the technical constraints on projects.

A minimum level of TOEIC 750 is required to work at Renault. If you have not yet taken the TOEIC test when you apply, you can do it through the recruitment process.
